Regenerative Agriculture

Growing your own food is magical.
Marina O’Connell’s Designing Regenerative Food Systems: compares seven different types of regenerative farming.
She cherry-picked the best elements of biodynamic, organic, permaculture, agroforestry, agroecological, regenerative agriculture and La Via Campesina and used them at the Apricot Centre in Devon, which she founded with her husband Mark.
The Apricot Centre: “aims to create and run a sustainable diverse farm, wellbeing service and business. It recognises that there is a fundamental link between the well-being of the soil, food and habitat and the mental and physical health of the people in and around the farm, making for a wonderful environment for a warm and effective mental health/well-being service for children and families.”
However, it omits other accelerators mentioned elsewhere: structured water, copper tools and electroculture.
