Leaps of Consciousness

Biodynamic

Biodynamic farming arose from a series of lectures Rudolf Steiner gave in 1926.

It’s based on 10 ‘Demeter’ principles, which include a closed-loop system, no bought-in products, working with nature rather than against it, creating biological cycles, and avoiding pollution. Biodynamic farms are certified as 'Demeter'.

UK Examples are Plaw Hatch and Tablehurst Farms in Forest Row, Sussex. It’s essentially spiritual farming and creates the most incredible-tasting food - just as nature intended.

Steiner was a polymath, mystic and acclaimed philosopher on Goethe. He also created holistic approaches to science, medicine, education (he founded Steiner Waldorf schools - currently 1,300 worldwide), architecture, drama (he created eurythmy), and in 1925 he founded the General Anthroposophical Society. He also published many books and papers on the science of spirituality.

On October 26, 1917, Steiner gave a lecture titled ‘The Spirits of Light and the Spirits of Darkness’ in Dornach, Switzerland. In it, he prophesied the coming of a vaccine that would disconnect people from their spiritual nature or souls.
