What is consciousness made of?
Western Science is reductionist. It breaks things down into bits and measures them. Consciousness can’t be broken down and measured, which is why it is science’s ‘hard’ problem - there’s nothing to count.
This is a logical outcome of the Contra Levitatem doctrine of the 1660s, which in one sweep excluded qualitative experience from science. This started a sequence of compounding error on error, leading to today’s dystopian and dysfunctional society: Tranhumanists trumpeting the benefits of living forever by uploading your mind into the ‘cloud’.

It’s also funny that by looking through a qualitative experiential lens, there is overwhelming evidence consciousness never ends and that we live forever anyway.
